WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US
- You will work closely with account managers and take on the responsibilities and tasks of project management in e-commerce projects.
- You will lead international, cross-functional project teams consisting of internal and external members.
- You will handle the administrative aspects of the project: project controlling, progress monitoring, and quality assurance.
- You will be responsible for communication and coordination with internal teams (Delivery, Development, Consulting) and external stakeholders.
- You will coordinate requirements, document results, and ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed of the current project status.
YOU ARE...
- Based in (German-speaking) Switzerland.#
- You’re a strong communicator and a great team player—even during hectic project phases, you’re a rock for your team.
- Experienced and responsible—especially when it comes to projects, your team, and their work.
- Solution-oriented and pragmatic—you find practical solutions to emerging issues, even the tricky ones.
- Someone who identifies challenges and risks in a project early on and resolves them within the broader context.
- Independent and organized.
YOU HAVE...
- Professional experience in project management, ideally at a digital agency or in a similar environment.
- Knowledge of traditional and agile project management methods, ideally supplemented by certifications (such as Scrum, PMI, or Prince2).
- A basic technical understanding of digital platforms, system architectures, data and processes, or CMS/e-commerce solutions.
- Experience with projects in the areas of CMS, portals, e-commerce, or CRM, and prior work on digital solutions.
- A strong sense of responsibility for the quality, budget, and schedule of your projects.
- Very good German and English language skills.
YOU ARE WELL VERSED...
- using standard project management methods and tools (both traditional and agile approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, Agile, etc.)
- using MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and digital collaboration tools
- using digital media and IT services
